1. About Bokinii

Bokinii is an Australian handmade swimwear brand producing limited-run pieces in small batches. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor variations may occur and are not considered faults.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from Bokinii, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen displays

• Handmade items may have small variations

• Measurements are provided as a guide only

These do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

• We reserve the right to update prices at any time

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers. Bokinii does not store payment details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders where required (including suspected fraud or errors)

• Limit quantities purchased

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Bokinii is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Repairs & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear is final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing

• Wear

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty.

• Minor faults: Bokinii will repair the item at no cost. Repair is the sole remedy.

• Major faults: Customers may choose a refund or replacement.

Faults must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery and supported with photographic evidence.
Return shipping for confirmed faults will be covered by Bokinii.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with the product or on our website.
Damage caused by incorrect care, chlorine exposure, tanning oils, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including designs, images, logos, text, and branding — is the property of Bokinii and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Promotions & Giveaways

Promotions, discounts, and giveaways are subject to their own specific terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bokinii is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia / Australia (choose state if preferred), and any disputes will be subject to Australian courts.
