Refunds & Repairs Policy

All Bokinii swimwear is handmade in small batches. Each piece is individually checked before sale.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or wear.

Minor faults
For minor faults (including loose stitching or small seam issues), Bokinii will repair the item at no cost to the customer.
Repair is the sole remedy for minor faults.

Major faults
If a product has a major fault, customers may choose a refund or replacement, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Faults must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Claims made outside this period may not be accepted where the issue is consistent with normal wear and tear or misuse.

Fault claims
Faults must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of purchase with photos and clear description of issue, proof of purchase emailed to bokiniiswim@gmail.com.

Items must be unworn.

Return shipping for confirmed faults will be covered by Bokinii.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Bokinii reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

Colours/lighting may show differently on each computer or mobile, therefore there may be slight variations in colour. Please email us if you are unsure about the colour you are purchasing and would like to see more photos.

Major failure

A failure is considered major if:

• The item is unsafe

• The fault is serious and can’t be fixed easily

• The item is significantly different from its description

Minor failure 

If the issue is a minor failure, 

• repair

A minor failure is something that:

• Can be fixed quickly

• Doesn’t affect the overall use or safety

• Is reasonable for the customer to keep once fixed

Example for swimwear:

• A loose stitch

• A small seam issue

• A strap needing reinforcement
