Bokinii is an Australian handmade swimwear brand. Each piece is carefully made and packed with attention to detail. Please read our shipping information below before placing an order.
Order Processing

Orders for ready to wear swim are processed within 1-3 business days from purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders for made to order swimwear require production time so please allow up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be cut and sewn BEFORE shipping occurs. Bokinii will accept priority rush orders that guarantee a 24 hour turnaround for dispatch for a fee. Bokinii is not liable for timeframes associated with the delivery of the order once in the possession of the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Bokinii is not liable for parcels once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Faulty Items During Transit
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a 14 dats with clear photos so we can assess and arrange a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
